The program is divided into three competitive teams.  Varsity is open to any eligible student through grade 12.  Junior Varsity is open to any student through grade 11.  The Reserves team is for students in grades 9 and 10.

The goal of Islander Softball is to put players in a position to be successful.  To obtain our goal, players are placed on teams according to ability and may move up or down depending on ability, attitude, or needs of each team.  As a coaching staff, we are going to do what is in the best interest of the program and players.  Know your role to achieve the goal.  It is all about your attitude and team unity.
