We are taking the Blue Zones Challenge! For one month, we are trying to: * Eat more fruits and vegetables * Get plenty of physical exercise * Drink fewer sweetened beverages * Watch less TV, and replace it with reading We challenge you to join the Dodge Team. If you complete one month of taking the Blue Zone Challenge, we'll add you to our board! Get your forms by going to the Blue Zones web site or ask one of the team members from the media center to help you get started.
